Perimenopause, decoded

Walk into your doctor's office prepared — and get taken seriously.

Your symptoms are real. But in a rushed 15-minute appointment, they're easy to forget, hard to explain, and too often brushed off as "just stress." This kit helps you show up with clear notes, a simple summary, and the right questions.

Sound familiar?

You know something's changed. Explaining it is the hard part.

I forgot half my symptoms the moment I sat down.
I was told it's probably stress, or just getting older.
My sleep, mood and cycle all shifted, and I couldn't connect the dots.
I didn't know what to ask, so I left with nothing.

Questions

Good to know

Is this medical advice?

No. The kit is an organizing tool. It helps you track and describe what you're experiencing so you can have a better conversation with your healthcare provider. It doesn't diagnose or treat anything. The tracker works the same way: it organizes and counts what you log, it doesn't interpret it.

Do I need to download an app?

No. The tracker opens in your phone's web browser, with nothing to install and no account to create. You can add it to your home screen so it works like an app. Everything you enter is stored only on your device, so use the same phone and browser each day, and download a backup now and then.

Is it a physical product?

No, it's a digital PDF you get instantly after checkout, plus access to the phone tracker. You can fill the PDF in on a computer, tablet or phone, or print it out.

How do I fill in the PDF on my phone?

Open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader app, then tap any box to type. The PDF viewer built into many phones and into Chrome only shows the pages and won't let you type. Prefer something simpler? Use the phone tracker for your daily check-ins. Step-by-step instructions for every device are on our Help page.

I'm not sure I'm in perimenopause. Is this still for me?

Yes. Tracking is useful precisely when you're not sure what's going on. Clear notes help your provider figure out what to look into.

Who is Dana?

Dana is the AI host of Midlife Decoded. She isn't a doctor, and she doesn't share personal health stories. Her job is to help you get organized so you can bring clear information to someone who is.
